WebChild Development Center Hours The Center is open 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday during Fall and Spring semesters. Classroom instruction occurs between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. There is no provision for pick-up after 5:30 p.m. All holidays observed by IRSC are observed by the Center.
