I have singled this down to the 970 EVO Samsung not working properly, since all the slots on the board(the two on the motherboard and the 2 on the dimm.2 adapter) all work with the 950, and 960, so I know the slots are working properly. WebI think you accidentally installed your new windows boot partitions to old drive and actual windows to new drive. I would remove all drives from your PC except the 980 M.2, then reinstall windows. Once you have windows up and running with only the 980 in the system, you can then plug in all your other drives and format/partition as you like.
