WitrynaThis time I cut way harder, my carbs went down to 100-150g, I left my fat at 35g and pro. at 400g. I lost extremely fast (around 6lb per week) I am currently 5’10 210 and leaner than I was when I weighed 197. I still have 10 weeks to go. The only supplement change I made was adding leucine to my preworkout meal. WitrynaFor perspective I have started a Tuesday weigh in on Notes on my phone, so I use this as an indicator of success over a full week. (Monday doesn’t work as I enjoy my weekends so weighing in then is just so much water and depresses me!) Last Tuesday I weighed 186.2 pounds and this Tuesday i weighed 181.4 (a loss of 4.8 pounds.
