A thorough rebuild now can get the engine another 70-80k or more before coming apart again. IMO get a MoCo service manual for your bike and follow the scheduled maintenance, 10k, 20k, 30k, etc. and your '94 EVO will last a lifetime !

WebA friend of mine whos torn this shit down a hundred times gave me the "friend" price of $800 for a full ironhead rebuild. I helped out with it and even at that price was a helluva lot cheaper than the 3500 range i got from some other shops..
