When I run it, it creates files in the "Overwrite" section of MO2, which I put into a created mod called "FNIS Settings." WebIn real life surviving an arrow shot is highly unlikely. Maybe if it hit an extremity. That said it isn't a very fun game that way. Maybe consider overriding the mod with a combat overhaul that adjusts damage levels (or that one which let's you adjust game constant - can't remember the name).
