One habit that can help you create a happier life is starting and ending each day with gratitude. That means before your feet hit the floor -begin naming everything you're grateful for and feel how it warms your heart. At night as you lay your head to rest - think of three more things you're thankful for, and feel appreciation for each one.
When you're grateful is clears a path for positive change, and you naturally make positive choices in your life. You're motivation rises, and you walk around in a higher vibration - which attracts more positivity to your life.
When you're in appreciation, you treat people with kindness, and that kindness comes back to you. The more grateful you are, the more your body, mind, and spirit are in balance, and you feel strong and healthy.
In other words, by being intentionally grateful, saying thank you more, and consciously looking for things to be thankful for - you will feel more fortunate. When you're grateful for what you have right now, you open the door for more of what you want to flow into your life.
